Who I Am
________

For 31 years I owned and operated RK's Surf Shop at the oceanfront.  Currently, I am self-employed in mostly residential construction and building with an OSHA certification.  My wife retired in 2019 after 38 years of teaching school. I have been heavily involved in local politics for the last 26 years. When I have seen things done incorrectly by the city, I have gone after it to fix it.  I will governor with transparency, tenacity, truth and trust.
